Meet the CEO
I am forward-thinking, patriotic and open minded. A 36-year-old father of three, an automotive engineer by education, residing in Pärnu.
Professionally, I’ve managed AS SEBE’s bus fleet, and at Milrem, I pioneered armored vehicle repair, now leading Estonia’s defense industry as Milworks. The Estonian Defense Forces utilize Rahe 20 automatic rifles through my efforts. Internationally recognized as the originator of remote-controlled tracked vehicle concept at Milrem Robotics and initiator of the development team. I’ve served in the Defense Forces and State Defense Investment Center as a land vehicle engineer. A significant achievement is compiling technical documentation for CV90 support vehicle conversion.
Founder and owner of DEFREM OÜ, a prominent Estonian military wheeled vehicle repair and maintenance company. With experience in private and public sectors, I comprehend their dynamics. The public sector slogan: ‘Nothing is possible,’ while the private sector believes ‘Everything would be possible if the public sector were capable.
